Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Advisory

• Address customer concerns with tact and diligence.

• Detect forged currency and abide by the SBP’s Clean Note Policy.
  

Compliance & Archival Duties

• Maintain an inventory of fixed assets and reconcile annually.
  
• Act as guardian of sensitive stationery, ATM cards, and chequebooks.
  
• Ensure systematic scanning and uploading of specimen signatures.
  
• Keep all statutory registers meticulously updated.
  

Branch Administration

• Extend administrative support for branch smoothness.
  
• Supervise reconciliation of sundry and suspense ledgers.
  
• Secure custody of allotted keys and official insignia.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills
