4. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum 16 years of scholarly pursuit within aligned domains.
  
• Experience: At least 4 years of post-qualification engagement.
  
• Competencies: Analytical sharpness, organizational finesse, persuasive communication, and technical fluency, respectively in the field.
  
• Age Restriction: Not exceeding 35 years.
