- Experience:
- Head – Digital Channels: Minimum 10 years (with 5 years in a supervisory/leadership role in banking/financial services industry, especially Digital/Fintech).
- Other positions: Experience varies, preference for candidates with relevant banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations, customer service, and banking transactions.
- Develop and grow customer relationships across retail, corporate, and SME sectors.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, SBP regulations, and internal standards.
- Lead business development initiatives to increase deposits and customer base.
- For Head – Digital Channels: Oversee growth of digital banking products, manage innovation in fintech, and drive digital adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation is mandatory; advanced degrees preferred.
- Strong banking knowledge with a proven track record in the relevant area.
- Leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- For senior roles: Strategic thinking and experience in digital transformation.
