Key Responsibilities

1. English Language Trainers (10 Seats)

• Conduct immersive workshops on communicative fluency and linguistic structure.
  
• Employ Learning Management Systems (LMS) to orchestrate virtual learning.
  
• Gauge participant advancement through individualized evaluation.
  
• Craft interactive course frameworks that bolster learner participation.
  

2. IT & Digital Skills Trainers (10 Seats)

• Deliver remote instruction in computing fundamentals, digital commerce, and content strategy.
  
• Administer LMS-integrated classes encompassing real-time projects.
  
• Guide participants in assembling professional digital portfolios.
  
• Ensure measurable knowledge acquisition via structured assessments.
  

3. Mentor / Trainer – Virtual Business (10 Seats)

• Mentor aspirants in freelancing, digital entrepreneurship, and online market navigation.
  
• Facilitate confidence-building mentorship while refining technical expertise.
  
• Recognize and mitigate challenges faced by women in digital industries.
  
• Monitor learner performance and sustain developmental feedback cycles.
  

4. Field Engineer (Civil) – (1 Seat)

• Supervise on-site construction, oversee execution, and maintain quality assurance.
  
• Prepare and scrutinize BOQs, blueprints, and QA/QC documentation.
  
• Collaborate with on-ground teams for project synchronization.
  
• Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office for design verification and reporting.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

English Trainer: B.A. / M.A. in English or allied discipline; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is advantageous.
IT Trainer: Bachelor’s / Master’s in IT or Computer Sciences with demonstrable virtual instruction expertise.
Virtual Business Mentor: BBA / MBA or equivalent in IT/Business with a minimum of 2 years in freelancing or online business operations.
Civil Engineer: DAE (Civil) or higher, possessing 2–5 years’ experience in construction supervision and quality oversight.
General Aptitude: Exceptional articulation, strong digital acumen, and the ability to conduct interactive online discourse.
