Medical Cadre:

4. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Principal / Senior Medical Officers: MBBS with FCPS or equivalent postgraduate qualification from PMDC/PMC with relevant experience.
  
• Medical Officers: MBBS with one-year house job training; five years minimum service required before postgraduate training.
  
• Charge Nurse / Nurses: 3–4 years Diploma in Nursing or B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing (recognized by PNC/HEC) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Technicians: Matric / F.Sc (1st Division) with Diploma in relevant technical field and 2–8 years post-qualification experience (as per position).
