Key Responsibilities

Information Security Governance & Policy Crafting

• Architect, refine, and preserve comprehensive IS policies, frameworks, and directives.
  
• Furnish strategic counsel regarding compliance landscapes and governance documentation.
  
• Scrutinize existing departmental policies to verify congruence with IS imperatives.
  

Risk Intelligence & Asset Oversight

• Identify, categorize, and appraise organizational information assets.
  
• Curate and maintain a live Risk Register through scheduled evaluations.
  
• Inspect emergent or modified services, solutions, and platforms for latent security exposures.
  

Regulatory Compliance & Audit Synchronization

• Provide liaison support during internal and external IS audits.
  
• Enforce steadfast compliance with statutory mandates and IS governance calendars.
  
• Align institutional practices with SBP directives and global information security standards.
  

Awareness & Knowledge Cultivation

• Spearhead sensitization programs on information security culture for employees.
  
• Devise training modules, educational content, and security-awareness material.
  
• Govern the establishment and upkeep of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  

Collaboration & Strategic Reporting

• Cooperate across internal business lines to diagnose vulnerabilities and recommend safeguards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Criterion

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (recognized by HEC / foreign-accredited institution).
  

Professional Experience

• Aggregate of 6 years minimum, with no fewer than 4 years in IS Governance, Risk Assessment, or Audit.
  
• Demonstrable proficiency in policy engineering, technical documentation, and compliance oversight.
