1. Branch Manager (AVP) – Lahore

3. Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I) – Karachi
   
4. General Banking Officers (OG-III) – Sheikhupura, Gujrat, Mardan, Multan

Key Responsibilities

Branch Manager (AVP)

• Lead branch business development and ensure profitability.
  
• Monitor compliance with SBP regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal controls.
  
• Supervise staff performance and maintain excellent customer service.
  

Unit Head – Branch Operations & Coordination (OG-I)

• Manage and coordinate branch operations regionally.
  
• Supervise account opening, clearing, and reporting processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and deliver quality service.
  

Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)

• Handle day-to-day branch operations and financial controls.
  
• Ensure smooth processing of transactions and account reconciliation.
  
• Support branch audits, compliance, and staff performance management.
  

General Banking Officers (OG-III)

• Manage branch cash, clearing, remittances, and customer accounts.
  
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and regulatory compliance.
  
• Provide customer support and maintain service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
  
• Experience:
  
  • Branch Manager: At least 05 years (preferably in Islamic banking).
    
  • Unit Head & Branch Operations Manager: Minimum 05 years relevant experience.
    
  • General Banking Officers: Minimum 01 year of banking experience.
    
• Skills:
  
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and SBP prudential guidelines.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Proficiency in MS Office, analytical skills, and customer service.
