Available Positions & Requirements

Branch Banking Operations Head

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 5 years, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.

Branch Managers (Multiple Vacancies across Punjab)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 3 years in branch operations/management.

Call Center Officers (05 Vacancies)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or related role.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Banking Operations Head

  • Manage and supervise daily banking functions (cash, clearing, remittance, account opening).
  • Ensure full compliance with SBP regulations and operational guidelines.
  • Oversee ATM/Debit card settlements and reconciliations.
  • Monitor risk controls and ensure smooth service delivery.

Branch Managers

  • Oversee overall branch operations, administration, and staff performance.
  • Generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CFT guidelines and internal control systems.
  • Provide training and motivation to staff for improved customer service.

Call Center Officers

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with their queries.
  • Escalate unresolved complaints for timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
  • Maintain call logs and update records accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in banking operations, management, or customer support.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
