1. Additional Director – Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Assurance (MEQA)


Location: Lahore (Head Office)
Qualifications: 18 years of study in Public Health, Health Management, Health Information, Business, or Total Quality Management, OR MBBS, BDS, or Pharm-D with post-graduation training in Clinical Subjects.
Experience: At least 12 years of pertinent practice.

2. Deputy Director – Internal Audit


Location: Lahore (Head Office)                                                                                           Qualification: Master’s in Finance / Accounts / Audit.
Experience: Minimum 10 years.

3. Deputy Director – Enforcement for Pricing


 Location: Lahore (Head Office)
Credentials: CA / ACCA / ACMA or a Master’s in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce.
Experience: Minimum 10 years.

4. Deputy Director – HR


 Location: Lahore (Head Office)
Qualification: Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
Experience: Minimum 10 years.

5. Deputy Director – Legal


 Location: Lahore
Qualification: LLM or Master’s in Law.
Experience: Minimum 10 years.

6. Deputy Director – Research & Publications


Location: Lahore
Qualification: Master’s in Mass Communication, English, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or allied Social Sciences.
Experience: Minimum 10 years.

7. Resident Engineer


 Location: Lahore
Qualification: Master’s in Civil, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management; must hold 16 years of foundational education in Civil Engineering.
Experience: At least 10 years.

8. Consultants


 Location: Lahore & Regional Offices
Qualification / Experience: As prescribed in the TORs uploaded on the PHC website.

9. External Medical Experts


 Location: Lahore & Regional Offices
Qualification / Experience: As per TORs on the PHC portal.

10. Legal Counsel(s)


 Location: Lahore & Regional Offices
Qualification: Law graduate with High Court advocacy license.
Experience: Not less than 10 years in litigation practice.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Academic pedigree ranging from Master’s, MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, CA, ACCA, ACMA, to LLM (contingent upon the role).
  • 10–18 years of substantiated professional immersion.
