Key Responsibilities

• Preserve a judicious equilibrium between CASA and Term Deposit holdings.
  
• Forge, nourish, and preserve fruitful liaisons with clients—prospective and established.
  
• Champion retail deposit escalation through competitively valued instruments.
  
• Initiate cross-sell and upsell endeavors to amplify product penetration.
  
• Address grievances with professionalism, ensuring customer gratification.
  
• Scrutinize rival strategies and furnish insights for deposit retention tactics.
  
• Adhere strictly to banking protocols, internal ordinances, and SBP edicts.
  
• Extend support to Relationship Managers and Branch Managers in customer facilitation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
  
• Experience: Preferably 1 year within banking sales, retail/consumer banking, or relationship management. Fresh graduates with potential are welcome.
