Job Details & Responsibilities

1. Head Liability Business (VP / SVP-I / SVP)

• Experience: 10 years in a bank/financial institution
  
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized, National/International)
  
• Responsibilities:
  
  • Design & implement deposit mobilization strategies.
    
  • Launch and manage liability products (SMEs, retail, digital).
    
  • Ensure low-cost deposit mobilization (CASA).
    
  • Build relationships with ministries, corporates, and institutions.
    
  • Monitor profitability, compliance, and risk.

2. Unit Head – Product Development (AVP-I / AVP)

• Experience: 8 years in banking/finance.
  
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized).
  
• Responsibilities:
  
  • Develop innovative deposit and liability products.
    
  • Align offerings with SBP regulations.
    
  • Support branches in product rollout.

3. Head Credit Policy (SVP-I / SVP)

• Experience: 12 years in a financial institution.
  
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized).
  
• Responsibilities:
  
  • Formulate & review credit policies.
    
  • Ensure compliance with SBP lending regulations.
    
  • Manage credit risks & portfolio diversification.
    
  • Provide training to regional branches.

4. Head Credit Operation (VP-I / VP)

• Experience: 10 years.
  
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
  
• Responsibilities:
  
  • Oversee loan processing & approvals.
    
  • Align operations with SBP guidelines.
    
  • Monitor recovery and credit operations.

5. Unit Head – Remedial Asset Management (OG-I)

• Experience: 5 years in asset management/recovery.
  
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
  
• Responsibilities:
  
  • Handle recovery of non-performing loans (NPLs).
    
  • Implement remedial asset strategies.
    
  • Minimize losses and maximize recoveries.
    

6. Software Developer (.NET Technology) (VP-I / VP)
